Amazon Fashion: Hale Denim by Adriano Goldschmied

There are many incredible denim brands and lately there's been more talk about the new brands at Amazon Fashion so I thought I would check it out. I've never actually purchased any clothes from Amazon before, because usually I try on jeans in store,  but boy was there a lot to choose from.   On Amazon, you can shop for any kind of jean, including fit, detail, or color, as well as tops, sweaters and dresses. For those who have Amazon prime, it will ship right to your door within a day or two, making it a convenient place to shop!  I saw the new Hale line on Amazon and took a deep dive into denim.

For anyone who doesn't know, Hale denim was created by Adriano Goldschmied (aka the Godfather of Denim). He is an Italian designer who has created major brands that we all know of today, such as Diesel, Replay, Gap 1969, Citizens of Humanity and AG Denim. Adriano is currently designing for Acynetic and working on many projects with Edwin Denim, Mavi, Original Penguin, and more.  When I was in Italy this summer I met Adriano at a fashion show and thought he was very approachable and gave an excellent speech.

Today, I was able to try on the newest collection of  Hale.  There were three pairs of jeans and one denim skirt with prices from $48.50 to $52.50.

My favorite sample was the HALE Women's Orly High Waisted Wide Leg Jean 28 Alba.  This jean was so well fitted around the waist and had just the right amount of flare! I also think that the wash is perfect for spring because it's a lighter shade. I also really like how it is faded around the knees and gets darker towards the hem.

The second pair of jeans, which are called HALE Women's June High-Waisted Wide-Leg Crop Jean With Pin Tucks 31 Kanti, are somewhat similar to the first pair, but they have that detail of the front seam that really sets it apart from the rest. In this pair of jeans, the texture is what intrigued me. The jeans felt so soft and comfortable. There was also a stretch to the jeans that added to the comfort. The material that made the jeans so soft is called modal, and it's the same fiber that is used to make t-shirts and underwear, so you know it's going to be comfortable. The fray at the hem was also a pretty distinct feature of the jeans that adds a lot of detail as well. 

I also tried on the HALE Women's Tyler Sweetheart Boyfriend Jean With Step Hem 29 Senna, which was a change in pace from the flared leg! The boyfriend jean had a great look to it. Everyone needs a good pair of jeans to wear for day time and night time, and these definitely fit the bill! With the perfect wash you can use for casual or going out looks.

Last, but not least, we have the Womens Blair A Line skirt 28 Senna which is really basic and super cute. The more basic the bottom is, the more it allows you to experiment with either tops or shoes to be the center of the outfit.  Adding the belt to the skirt definitely made it stand out more. The cool thing about this skirt is that it is shorter in the front and longer in the back. I also love the frayed hem at the bottom because it looks vintage.
